BIG BEAR, FROM THE BEGINNING
Started in Orange.
Grew in the Valley.
Big Bear Apparel started in Orange, California, in 2014. By 2016, we needed more room to grow, so we moved to the Central Valley and put down roots in the Fresno and Clovis community.
Today, our focus is contract printing and custom apparel for major local companies, growing brands and organizations across the Central Valley and beyond. With experience from previous operations in both the USA and Europe, we bring a wider perspective to every order. The scale has changed over the years. Our eye for detail hasn’t.
More room. More possibilities.
After looking everywhere from Las Vegas to Morro Bay and Sacramento, we chose the Central Valley. Space to grow, room for embroidery, and a major apparel distribution hub nearby.
Across the Atlantic.
Our first European location opens, bringing production closer to customers and helping the brands we worked with reach further.
Quite a few shirts later.
We kept our team employed through COVID while demand grew. Along the way, we produced apparel for brands including RadioShack, Pier 1 Imports, Selfridges and Dressbarn. Tight deadlines. Supply headaches. Plenty of coffee.
A little less rush. The same standards.
After eight figures in lifetime sales, we sold the on-demand business and stepped away from white-label production. Our growing contract printing business became the main event.
