Screen printing can suit repeat bulk designs. Other jobs call for digital printing, transfers or a stitched finish. We choose around the fabric, artwork, use and budget, then confirm the method in writing.

Before production.
Can you handle apparel for a company based outside Fresno?
Yes. Big Bear works with local customers and visiting companies, agencies, touring teams and event producers. Send the event location, delivery contact, quantity per design and firm in-hands date so the local handoff can be included in your quote.
Can you deliver merchandise to a Fresno event or venue?
Local delivery requirements are reviewed with your order. Provide the venue, receiving contact, delivery window, access rules and any advance-warehouse or exhibitor instructions. Delivery is only booked once the arrangement and cost are confirmed in writing.
Do you only offer screen printing?
No. We match the print method to the artwork, garment, use, quantity and budget. Depending on the job, that may mean screen printing, direct-to-film transfers, direct-to-garment printing, another suitable transfer process or embroidery. The agreed method is specified in your quote.
What is the minimum contract order?
The minimum is 72 pieces per design. Include separate designs, placements, garment styles and quantities so we can confirm how the minimum applies to your project.
Can I send a purchase order or size spreadsheet?
Yes. Email your purchase order, job specification, artwork and size breakdown to hello@bigbearapparel.com, or use the quote form and link to supporting files. A purchase order or quote request is not an accepted production booking. Full payment and written artwork approval are required before production.
Can you handle urgent event orders?
Tell us the real in-hands date before ordering. We review garment availability, artwork readiness, production requirements and delivery access before accepting a deadline. Rush work is subject to written confirmation; do not assume a date is booked until it is accepted.
Can I request special packing or separate deliveries?
Include carton labels, size sorting, split destinations, discreet packing or other fulfillment requirements in the brief. We will confirm what can be accommodated and the cost before acceptance. These arrangements are not included by default.
